A Weekly Dose Of… is an eclectic, ever‑changing music show built around the treasures in our personal vault — vinyl LPs, CDs, and all kinds of rare media. Each week brings a new theme, new stories, and often new faces in the studio, or joining us over the phone. Some weeks it’s all music, so if you are into a little distraction from life … a dose will do you.
We dive into the history behind the records we own, the artists who made them, and the personal tales connected to the music we spin. Along the way, we’re joined by local and national personalities, visiting musicians, and the occasional surprise guest who drops in to share their own journey.
No two shows are the same. Almost everything you hear comes straight from our shelves, our conversations, and our love of discovery.

Well I wanted to say being a west coaster it makes it easy to listen to the shows. The interviews are fantastic especially JLP. Your tribute show to the USS FORD FFG-54 was iconic. Love the music from the ship years. Keep up the great work I will always be listening! Hey Bernie even the Fidler showtunes was a good show! Eric n Bernie keep bringing the great ties and interviews. My husband and I tune in to “Weekly Dose of…” every Friday night! We enjoy it so much! We love the music…the guests and their personal tales associated with the music being played. The weekly playlist is awesome and we love to listen and discuss the artists and remember where we were when we first heard the song.
