A night with the Legends of the Groove Signature Cymbal featuring Tony Braunagel

Join Kershaw and Wade and Weekly Dose Of …for our 2024 kick off show, which included our special guest Mr. Tony Braunagel, brought to us by F. Scott Moyer and the Legends of the Groove Signature Cymbal! Tony is a American drummer, producer, songwriter, and actor from Houston, Texas, who currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Tony has played on many film scores, television shows, as well as numerous albums as a musician, composer and producer. Tony’s session work as drummer/percussionist covers over 200 albums, which include Otis Rush, Eric Burdon, Johnny Nash, Coco Montoya, Lucky Peterson, as well as Grammy winning albums of Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal, Buddy Guy. In addition, he has performed live with dozens of music icons including Bonnie Raitt, Rickie Lee Jones, BB King, Lightnin’ Hopkins, John Lee Hooker, Robert Cray, Bette Midler, Lyle Lovett, and Taj Mahal to name just a few. We thank Scott Moyer for his Cymbal, and the gift of these wonderful interviews with these incredible performers who have been captured on the Legends of the Groove Signature Cymbal, and who are part of the song books of our lives.

Another surprise for the evening included a visit with Scott’s friend Mr. Larry Antonino, who many of you may recognize from his time with Poco, and his acting part on That Thing You Do starring Tom Hanks. We hope Larry will be joining us again in the near future.
