WCOM 103.5 FM is shaking things up with Martini Mondays: Shakin’ It UP with Ruby Martini & Magnolia Steele, a brand new weekly conversation and variety show bringing performance, creativity, and confidence to the airwaves.

The show premieres Monday, January 5th, 2026, and airs every Monday from 5 PM to 6 PM.

Hosted by longtime collaborators Ruby Martini and Magnolia Steele, Martini Mondays is a playful audio stage inspired by vaudeville, burlesque, and community storytelling. Each week, the duo spotlights women with inspiring, empowering journeys to share, diving into the many paths that led them where they are today. Conversations explore creativity, resilience, roadblocks, reinvention, and the moments of sweet victory that come from showing up fully as yourself.

Ruby Martini is a performer, producer, and founder of The Bottom Line Burlesque & Comedy Troupe, a Triangle based performing arts collective rooted in inclusivity, expression, and confidence building. Since 2012, the troupe has produced burlesque, vaudeville, comedy, music, and audience driven performances while raising funds for local causes, including the UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders. Magnolia Steele joined the troupe in 2018, and together the pair have brought their signature chemistry, choreography, and comedic timing to stages across the region.

As live performance evolved and creative seasons shifted, Ruby and Magnolia found themselves drawn toward conversation and connection. Radio became the perfect stage for their next act.

Martini Mondays blends thoughtful dialogue, humor, and occasional impromptu performance into a show that feels equal parts inspiring and delightfully unpredictable.

On the last Monday of every month, the show features the Monthly Monday Martini, a signature cocktail introduced once a month and enjoyed all month long. A practical use of drinking time, and a celebratory one.

Whether you tune in for the stories, the creativity, or the martini, Martini Mondays invites listeners to slow down, lean in, and maybe toast to themselves along the way.
