Instructions for setting up show pages:
Once you are logged in, navigate to your show page- links on left- or you can click on “DJ/Host Page Edit”. Once you are there you will see an “edit” button at the top- click to add picture or to edit your profile info. It’s a “Myspace” style-interface, pretty self explanatory.
Please put in your showtime and a description of your show, plus website link if you have one. You can add pictures to your description, the “add image” button is below the description field when you are in edit mode.
The “show notes” tab will output any “RSS Feed” that you have. The idea here is that if you keep a playlist or info on your own site, in a blog format, or on MySpace, etc., you have available an RSS feed (it’s just a URL) that you put here. When you update your blog etc it will AUTOMATICALLY update here- look at Calvin’s page for a good example:

Podcasters- getting your feed to our podcast pages:
Please “burn” your feeds through feedburner if you haven’t already- if you look into it you will see the advantages- and you can use the free service or not, but we need a script that they can create for you. Just go to feedburner.com and follow the prompts- it’s a google company so you can use your gmail account if you like, not mandantory, tho.
Once you have “burned” your feed, click on the “publicize” tab and then perform “buzz boost”- you’ll see a piece of code- copy it and ask the webmaster to add it to the site.

Now you can update your own feed and it will automatically update on the WCOM website. Questions? Send ’em on!
