Prescot Niles of The Knack, Missing Persons, Velvert Turner Group and more joined our WCOM community last night 8/04/2023, and what a show it was!  This week opens with Karin’s picks in honor of completing 60 trips around our star, followed by an amazing segment with Prescott and some of Prescott personal picks, which tie directly to F. Scott Moyer and the “Legends of the Goove” Cymbal.  Scott surprised us for a brief visit and update on the “Legends of the Groove”, and the additional artists he was capturing for signature last night.  Prescott’s personal stories with several drummers represented on the Cymbal, and his personal knowledge of just what made the drummers so incredible to work with.  To hear him describe the elements, their skills and what was happening at the time the songs we play tonight were being put out is amazing.  This show is captivating, and we hope to have Prescott back with us soon.  Both our guests as usual, shared fascinating moments of their personal insights and musical history.  This is a really good time, please consider listening and joining us live one night.  Fridays 6-9PM Eastern.
