Our first on-air broadcasts five years ago were two "info-mercials", one in English, one in Spanish, telling our new listeners what we were about. We didn't have a studio yet, so these broadcasts came from a CD player at our transmitter site (at Scroggs Elementary), playing on a loop to fulfill the FCC requirements for being "on the air".
